Tech Pack Service

A tech pack is the specification a factory builds your garment from. Ours sets out every measurement, material and construction detail in one document, so quotes come back accurate and samples come back right the first time.

Most delays in garment production come from missing information rather than from the factory. When fabric weight, stitch type, print placement or label position are left open, someone has to make an assumption, and that assumption is what arrives in your sample.

Our in-house design team builds each tech pack as production-ready artwork.

Our in-house design team produces highly detailed, production-ready artwork files that remove that ambiguity. Precise specification cuts the back-and-forth during development, prevents costly errors, and shortens both sampling and bulk production timelines. You receive the source files, so the pack stays yours to reuse.

A completed Iron Horse tech pack covers the following.
