Working Process
Samples
Sampling is where a design becomes a real garment. You send a sketch or a photo, we quote the sample and an estimated bulk price, and our designers turn it into production-ready artwork before anything is cut. There is no minimum order quantity, so a sample can be a single piece.
- Share your design. Send sketches or photographs of the garment you want made, along with any reference pieces.
- Receive your quote. We confirm the sample cost and an estimated price for the bulk order.
- Approve the artwork. Once the sample order is placed, our in-house designers finalise the details and produce artwork for your review.
- Fabric sourcing. We source materials against the approved artwork, from cotton, linen, silk and wool through to technical performance fabrics.
- Sample production. Your sample is cut and sewn to the artwork specification, with your logo applied if required.
- Confirm by photo. We send photographs of the finished sample for you to confirm before it leaves the factory.
- Delivery. The sample ships directly to you by courier, and we cover the shipping cost.
Standard sample lead time is 7 to 30 days from the date all final details are confirmed, depending on design complexity and material availability. Changes to artwork, embroidery or print files after confirmation will reset that timeline. Sample fees are refundable once a bulk production order is placed.
