Use this template to specify a garment properly before asking any factory for a price. It follows the same structure our own design team works from, so what you fill in is what a manufacturer actually needs to quote and sample accurately.

The template prompts you for the four things that most often hold up a quote: fabric type, colour and weight; full garment measurements including length, bust, waist, hips, hem, sleeves and inseam; print or embroidery artwork with exact size and placement; and any label or hang tag requirements.

Complete as much as you can and send it with your enquiry. If you would rather we build the specification for you, our tech pack service produces the full production-ready pack, and you keep the source files.
