Sample Policy

Please review our sample policy carefully before placing your order to avoid misunderstandings or unexpected changes.

Sample Delivery Time
Standard delivery is 7–30 days from the date all final details are confirmed. Any delays or changes in artwork, embroidery, or printing files may reset the timeline.

Required Information
To ensure an accurate sample, please provide full and clear specifications, including:

Fabric: type, color, and weight

Measurements: garment length, bust, waist, hips, hem, sleeves, inseam, etc.

Embroidery/Printing: source files in PSD or AI format, with exact size and placement

Labels/Tags: source files in PSD or AI format

Production Process
Sample production begins only after all required details are confirmed, including fabric sourcing, pattern making, embroidery or print setup, cutting, and sewing.

Important Notes
We will follow your specifications closely. If any detail is missing, we will use our best judgment to complete the sample. Incomplete information may lead to results that differ from your expectations.

Sample Fee Refund
Sample fees are only refundable after a confirmed bulk production order is placed. No refunds will be issued otherwise.

Modifications & Extra Costs
Any requested changes during the development process may incur additional charges. A quote will be provided for your approval before proceeding.
